shiki is awesome and so accommodating! he let me eat alone (usually requires more than one person) and made a whole smaller course for me! he was so nice and attentive and i really enjoyed being in his company. food was delicious like mind blowing. the uni niku roll, wagyu fillet and sando were 10/10. then the nice touch of giving a mint at the end. thankyou i will be back !

5 stars, amazing, elegant experience. In our course menu (we got second from the highest tier) my favorite items were the sando, the sukiyaki, the beef tongue, and of course the uni beef tartare hotdog. The only item I thought was weird was the smoked, teriyaki-sauce-covered souvide(?) wagyu steak. It was such a weird taste and texture, it was kind of like a sweet and salty tofu. I respect the experimentation but that dish was definitely not for me (and honestly every time I see a glass cover leaking smoke, I think it’s a res flag dish — all show no taste). But every other item was delicious and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for another meal!
Japanese traditional approach with a little molecular fun and innovation. Private rooms are wonderful and service is top notch. A solid regular spot for small groups or a date.
All round excellent meal - fantastic beef quality, we were served very fresh uni as a starter as well. Service was great and the price was very fair for the quality.
Way more upmarket than the usual Yakiniku, the meat was tender and delicious, with the marbled sirloin being a particular special. The star of the show was probably the Sakura (cherry blossom) smoked Chateaubriande, served under a smoke-filled glass dome! The matcha ice cream sandwich (bearing the restaurants logo) was delicious and memorable. ~¥13000 a head.
New Year’s Eve dinner. Good quality beef and great taste. Best meal I had in 2022 - will definitely visit again
Food, atmosphere, drinks and service was grade A+. We couldn't ask for anything more, and they comfortably seat our big family of 12!
Pretty expensive.. Its a different style. All private rooms. But trust me there is a price. 3 of us for 600usd. For yakiniku. That's expensive
